socmart-fotoA Сompany Soсmart conducted new market of the dwelling elite real estate researches in Kiev during which was collected and analysed information about 28 objects of classes premium and the first class.

 

A research purpose is a market research of the elite dwelling real estate of Kiev

 

Task analysis:

•      To give general description of market of the dwelling real estate of Kiev;

•      To classify the objects of the elite dwelling real estate;

•      To define the basic indexes of primary market of the elite dwelling real estate; 

•      To give short description basic build companies, to workings at the market of the elite real estate of Kiev;

•      To define basic market of elite habitation tendencies

•      To familiarize with current events at the market of the dwelling real estate of classes «premium» and «de the first class»

•     To define the prospects of market of the elite dwelling real estate of Kiev development

•     To create the detailed passports of the elite houses built, built and designed, photosession

 

Research methods:   

•      Analysis of primary information. Collection of information through such methodologies:

 

-    mystery caller ( telephone interviews of all of person buildings)
