TMM Company to construct business centre in Kyiv by the End of 2010

TMM Company is to start the construction of a new business centre – with office premises of B+ class – in the Svyatoshyno district of Kyiv (5, Uborevycha street). The project is expected to start by the beginning of the third quarter of 2008 and to be completed by the end of 2010. The investments in the project implementation will amount to nearly 65 million USD.

The business centre will be a 23-storey building with a total area of 56.8 thousand sq. m. This includes an office premises with 36.7 thousand sq. m of available space and a built-in 4-storey parking lot (with one underground floor) for 192 parking spaces. The total area of the land plot for construction is 0.42 hectares.

The main architect of the project, Igor Shpara, is President of the National Union of Architects of Ukraine. At the moment the pile field for the project has been prepared and 75% of the null cycle works have been completed. Currently, the additional project documentation approval is in its final stage.
