Business center is under construction in Donetsk

A business center “A” class is under construction in Donetsk, Easters region of Ukraine .

   The object concept supposes a 16-stored office center with parking for 85 car. The total area of the object is 16000 sq.m., GLA - 14200 кв . м . The BC is planned to be open in September, 2009.

   The developer of the project is Cascade , which is also deals with some commercial, elite residential and cottage real estate in Ukraine..

   - According to the concept, this BC is going to be a proper competitor as well to the existing as to the future projects of the similar class not only in Donetsk but in the whole of Ukraine too, - Anatoly Shakhnovsky said, the general director of Cascade.
