KDD Group opened “Darnytsia” department store

On the 8th of November the reconstructed “Darnytsia” department store was opened on Leningradska square. This center is divided between retail and office zones.
The retail zone of 6 thousand sqm is represented by three segments: a boutique gallery, a food supermarket “Velyka Kyshenia” and ”Puzata Khata” restaurant with Ukrainian cuisine.

The office premises of 2,2 thousand sqm are located on the fifth and sixth floors of the complex.

In this project KDD Group managed the reconstruction of the building and selection of tenants, and in the future will provide management and exploitation of “Darnytsia” department store.
