German based Schmidt Investors purchased «Ilinskiy» business center in Kiev

 Schmidt Investors (Germany) has purchased “Ilinskiy” business center in Kiev. Business center has become first purchase of the investor inUkrane. New owners are not going to change radically the concept, but rental rates will be changed. According to company’s press service, the purchasing of the project became possible, because price for real estate in Ukraine has “become attractive”. Schmidt Investors also plans to attract to the business center new tenants, with whom company cooperates in other countries. Press-service also says, that in the nearest months the company plans to buy several real estate assets in Kiev, as well as in Dnepropetrovsk and Odessa. “It is more likely, that we will buy not finished projects.
