 The company is going to place shops of Zara, Stradivarius, Bershka and Pull&Bear in the 70k sq. m. shopping part of the complex. Total area of sales floors leased by Inditex Group is about 3,400 sq. m.
The developer of the Sky Mall is Panorama Group, while the exclusive leasing agent is Jones Lang LaSalle. The first stage of the project (the hypermarket O’Kei) was open in November 2007. The official inauguration of the mall will be held in the third quarter of 2009. According to the director of commercial real estate, Alexei Strulev, the construction is to become faster and at the moment the construction schedule provides to positively plan the inauguration date. “The fact that the lease agreement is signed in March 2009 and the status of the brand of the tenant proves that the retail trade has a lot of potential in Ukraine and the current situation is just a temporary difficulty we are going to overcome,” Alexei Strulev said.
The Mall is located in a neighborhood with high density, in Prospect of Generala Vatutina connecting two parts of the city. The mall is a part of a multi-use complex consisting of a residential development and a yacht club.
Key tenants of the Mall are O’Kei hypermarket, Smyk children’s store, Sportland sports and fitness wear store, Comfy household goods and electronic appliances.
An important element of the Mall is an entertainment family center consisting of a multiplex Five Stars, belongs to the Russian cinema chain of Paradise Group, a bowling alley Vitamin, as well as a large children entertainment complex and food court. The parking for 3,000 cars is a part of the infrastructure of the Mall.
