Panorama Group to start construction of trade center in Troyeschina in early 2010

"We plan to start the construction of a trade center in Troyeschina by March. The project foresees a one-stage construction. The investment is about $30 million," he said.

According to Strulev, the rent area of the three-storey trade center, which will have a hypermarket on the first floor, stores on the second floor and a parking lot on the third one, will be 22,000 square meters (the total area is 48,000 square meters).

"We have signed a preliminary agreement with anchor renter Auchan for an area of 8,000 square meters," Strulev said.

The trade center is to open by late 2011 or in the first quarter of 2012, he said.

Panorama Group has been working on the Ukrainian market of commercial real estate since 2005. It mainly works in the segment of trade real estate.
