B+ Class Business Center to Be Built in Kiev

A EUR 170 mln B+ Class Business Center is to be built in the Shevchenko’s section of the Ukrainian capital in the period between 2008 and 2010, Milan Paevich, President of Directors’ Board at Slav-Invest, notes, quoted by Building. Enran Concern and ABS-Ukr are the commissioners of the project which foresees construction of two-section business center totaling 149,600 sq. m. The first section includes space from the second to 21st story, while the second one from the second to the tenth story. The infrastructure of the complex is to include 200 seat- conference hall, catering zone, a four-level underground parking lot for 945 vehicles and an open air parking lot. The office section totals 88,600 sq. m, the commercial surface reaches 9,600 sq. m, the catering zone occupies 2,700 sq. m, while the underground parking lot takes 45,400 sq. m. Costs for land acquisition, site preparation and concept creation are to be added to the announced project value. Enran Company, founded in September 1992, has now initial capital of EUR 3 bln.
